Hip Boxes
Lie on your side with your hips square and legs parallel to the floor. Place one arm on the ground, with the hand supporting your head and neck, and the other in front of you for stability. Lift your top leg up, then slowly move it forward, up, back, and down, drawing a square with your foot. Keep your core stable to avoid tipping forward or back. Repeat 10 times and change sides.
