It’s essential to work within your power zone when performing pushing and pulling tasks. This zone ranges from mid-thigh to mid-chest, and is close to your body. Operating within this area allows you to use your muscles effectively, promoting power and efficiency. It also supports a natural and stable posture, reducing strain on the body and lowering the risk of injury. Staying in the power zone also helps you apply controlled force, improving both balance and leverage, which makes tasks safer and easier to manage. 


Dangers of Sugar
